Geauga County Sheriff’s Office detectives, with assistance from Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office and Village of Kirtland Hills Police Department, executed a search warrant at 7140 Sidley Road in Thompson Township on April 3.
Detectives arrested 44-year-olds Leslie A. Direnzo and John R. Staley, both of Thompson, for illegal assembly or possession of methamphetamine, a second-degree felony.
Detectives located a meth lab at the property along with Anhydrous ammonia tanks.
Also arrested were Jeremiah S. Cathcart, 36, and Jenna L. Stevens, 24, both of Jefferson, for possession of meth, a fifth-degree felony.
All four were arraigned in Chardon Municipal Court on Monday.
Judge Terri Stupica set bond for Direnzo and Staley at $15,000 and $20,000 cash or surety, respectively.
Cathcart and Stevens were released from jail after posting cash bonds of $15,000 and $1,000, respectively.
Preliminary hearings for the four are set for April 13.
