Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will close state Route 608 between Sisson and Chardon Windsor roads on July 6 at the Sisson Creek Bridge in Hambden Township.
The bridge over Sisson Creek will be closed for 30 days — until early August 2015 — while ODOT crews perform bridge replacement operations.
Local traffic will be detoured via Sisson Road, Kile Road and Chardon Windsor Road. Truck traffic will be detoured via U.S. 322, state Route 528, state Route 6 and state Route 166.
This project also includes culvert replacement operations on state Route 88 east of Route 528 in Parkman Township.
