NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Village of Burton
An application to authorize and designate a revitalization district within the Village of Burton has been filed pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4301.81. The Application is on file with Fiscal Officer of the Village and is available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the Burton Village office, 14588 West Park Street, Burton, Ohio. The Mayor has recommended that Council authorize the formation of a revitalization district within the Village of Burton in accordance with the application. Council will hold a public hearing to discuss the formation of a revitalization district on July 27, 2015 at the beginning of the regular Council meeting at 7:00 P.M.

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has set for public hearing Case Nos. 14-206-GA-GCR, 14-209-GA-GCR and 14-212-GA-GCR to review the gas cost recovery rates of Brainard Gas Corporation (Brainard), Northeast Ohio Natural Gas Corporation (Northeast) and Orwell Natural Gas Company (Orwell) and review the operations of their Purchased Gas Adjustment Clauses, and Case No. 14-309-GA-UEX and 14-312-GA-UEX to review the uncollectible expense riders of Northeast and Orwell, and Case No. 14-409-GA-PIP to review the percentage of payment plan rider of Northeast. This hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2015, at the offices of the Commission, 180 East Broad Street, 11th Floor, Hearing Room 11-C, Columbus, Ohio 43215. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Firstplus Bank, whose last place of residence is known as 5729 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 25, 2015, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 15-F-000260 in the Court of Common Pleas Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, alleging that the Defendants, Firstplus Bank, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 211 Irma Drive, Chardon, OH 44024, PPN #10-079700. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Geauga County Auditor’s Office located at 231 Main St., Chardon, OH 44024-1293.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
