Danae Kish, whose last place of residence is 17000 St. Clair, Cleveland, OH 44110, and 17677 Eastbrook Trail, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, and 7959 Battles Road, Gates Mills, Ohio 44040, and 6809 Mayfield Road, Apt. 172, Cleveland, Ohio 44124, and 7202 Kingsview Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Danae Kish, whose last place of residence is 17000 St. Clair, Cleveland, OH 44110, and 17677 Eastbrook Trail, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, and 7959 Battles Road, Gates Mills, Ohio 44040, and 6809 Mayfield Road, Apt. 172, Cleveland, Ohio 44124, and 7202 Kingsview Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067 but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on October 7, 2014, Green Tree Servicing LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 14-F-000808 in the Court of Common Pleas Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, alleging that the Defendants Danae Kish, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Danae Kish have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: 02-419636; Property Address: 17677 Eastbrook Trail, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023. The legal description may be obtained from the Geauga County Auditor at 231 Main Street, Suite 1-A, Chardon, Ohio 44024, 440-279-1600.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

ORDINANCE NO. 2884
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A TAX INCENTIVE REVIEW COUNCIL.
An ordinance creating a tax incentive review council to review compliance with tax exemption agreements with the owners of the real property and recipients of the benefits.

ORDINANCE NO. 2885
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §§141.05, 141.06 AND 141.08 OF CHAPTER 141 CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM AND CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.
An ordinance amending §§141.05, 141.06 and 141.08 of Chapter 141 Civil Service System and Civil Service Commission, §141.06(k), clarifying that inspection of written examination papers is limited to promotional exams; §141.05(a), eliminating the maximum age requirements for CPD applicants; and §141.08, increasing the time by 60 days for holding competitive written exams and assessment center examinations.

ORDINANCE NO. 2887
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND THE CONTRACT/AGREEMENT WITH COLD HARBOR BUILDING COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE HERITAGE HOUSE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the contract with Cold Habor Building Company for construction of the Heritage House increasing the contract price to an amount not to exceed $507,956.20.

An ordinance amending appropriations in the City of Chardon Treasury for 2015 as follows:
111 General Fund, 786 Victim Assistance Fund increased in the amount of $2,000; 452 General Capital Improvement Reserve Fund, 340 Parks, Capital (machinery/equipment) increased in the amount of $15,000; 456 Heritage House Fund, 794 Land and Building Capital (building) increased in the amount of $14,500.

RESOLUTION NO. 12-15
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO CERTIFY TO THE TAXING AUTHORITY THE TOTAL TAX VALUATION OF THE SUBDIVISION AND THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF REVENUE THAT WOULD BE GENERATED BY A SPECIFIED NUMBER OF MILLS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
A resolution requesting the County Auditor to certify to the taxing authority the total tax valuation of the subdivision and the dollar amount of revenue that would be generated by a specified number of mills for the renewal of two existing fire and ambulance levies, one levy of 4 mills and one levy of 1 mill.

COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS” will be received during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday until 1:45 p.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2015, in the Geauga County Board of Commissioners Office at 470 Center Street, Bldg. #4, Chardon, Ohio 44024, or by mail at the same address. Bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud the same day at said office at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2015.

A 100% Performance bond will be required from the approved bidder prior to entering into a contract. All Bid, Performance, Maintenance and Labor & Material Bonds shall be accompanied by proof of authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements of this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages and various insurance requirements.
Geauga County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities in the bids. The County’s decision on any award is final.
