University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center recognized three employees for professionalism, innovation, collaboration, problem-solving skills and compassionate caring for patients and fellow employees.
The President’s Award, given three times each year, was presented during the annual employee summer picnic on July 15.
The latest honorees are Mandy Iliano, senior improvement nurse; Joann Schmitz, EMS coordinator; and Tammy Stanley, patient access representative.
“Mandy, Joann and Tammy are great ambassadors for our hospital,” said M. Steven Jones, UH Geauga Medical Center president. “They are patient-focused and deliver the highest quality in everything they do. They are an inspiration to the entire UH Geauga team.”
