The Defendant, Lisa M. Magyar, aka Lisa Magyar, whose last known addresses are 8463 Dewey Road, Montville, Ohio 44064 and 13086 Kevin Lane, Chardon, Ohio 44024, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on October 5, 2015, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Popular ABS, Inc., Series 2007-A, filed its Complaint in Case No. 15-F-000813, in the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 8463 Dewey Road, Montville, Ohio 44064, Permanent Parcel No. 20-011950, (“Real Estate”), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Lisa M. Magyar, aka Lisa Magyar, is required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, Lisa M. Magyar, aka Lisa Magyar fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against her for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.

Ordinance 16-101
An Ordinance Confirming the Promotion of Police Officer Justin Nevison to Sergeant of the Village Police Department, and Declaring an Emergency.

Ordinance 16-102
An Ordinance Employing Thomas J. Lee as Village Solicitor and Legal Counsel for the Village of Middlefield for 2016, Ratifying Lee’s Employment from January 1, 2016 through the Present, and Declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 16-01
A Resolution Authorizing the Economic Development Director to Execute and File an Application with the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency to Apply for the “Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative” Program for an Amish Buggy Lane Feasibility Study, and Declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 16-02
A Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to Enter into a Settlement Agreement with Brant A. and Yvette M. Zemelka, for  the Payment by the Village of $4,000, in Full and Final Settlement of the Zemelkas’ Claim against the Village, and Declaring an Emergency.

Downey & Associates, Inc., an Ohio corporation (the “corporation”) has dissolved. You must present to the corporation any claim against the corporation, including any claim by a creditor or any claim that is conditional, unmatured, or contingent upon the occurrence or nonoccurrence of future events, pursuant to the following:

Sealed bids for the revised scope Electrical and Mechanical Renovations of Centerville Mills Dining Hall will be received by Bainbridge Township Trustees, 17826 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023 until February 2, 2016, 1:00 p.m. local time. Bids will be opened publicly immediately thereafter and read aloud. Late bids shall not be accepted and will be returned, unopened. Conditional or Qualified bids will not be accepted.
Notice advertisement to bid is posted on Bainbridge Townships Website, www.bainbridgetwp.com.
Statement of Probable Cost:
All Work as described:    $100,000.00
Contract Documents may be obtained starting Thursday, January 14, 2016, from SE Blueprint, Inc., Cleveland Office: 2035 Hamilton Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44114 or Akron Office: 540 South Main St., Ste. 211, Akron, Ohio 44311 for their nonrefundable fee. Contract Documents may be examined during business hours at Bainbridge Township Town Hall, 17826 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023; F. W. Dodge, 7055 Engle Rd., Cleveland Ohio 44130; Builders Exchange East Central Ohio, 5080 Aultman Rd., Canton, OH 44720 (330) 452-8039. Individual drawing or specification sheets will not be dispersed.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio revised Code. Bid security (100% of the bid amount) furnished in Bond Form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said Surety.
Each proposal must be on bid forms supplied in the bid package and must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all interested therein.
The contract will be awarded to the “Lowest and Best Bidder”.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held at Centerville Mills Dining Hall, 8558 Crackel Road, on January 21, 2016 at 1:00 P.M.
All bids will be good for 60 days from the time of the Bid receipt. Bainbridge Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept any bid which it deem most favorable.
