Four years ago, leaders of Geauga Growth Partnership in Newbury Township were interviewing local applicants for company positions. To their surprise, they found many young people faltering during the process. “A lot of applicants were struggling with filling out applications, shaking hands and looking them in the eye,” said Bonnie Troyer, workforce development director for GGP.
