Burton Village Spring Cleanup
Spring cleanup will be held May 7. Village residents may start taking items to the curb May 1. All items will need to be at the curb by 6 a.m. on May 7.
No paint, tires, brush, hazardous chemicals, yard waste or metal items over 4 feet long or boxes weighing more than 150 pounds will be accepted.
Freon does not have to be removed from appliances. Doors must be removed from refrigerators and freezers.
All small debris must be tied, bagged or in containers. There is a maximum of 15 minutes loading time per address.
Spring brush pickup will be held the week of May 15 in Burton Village.
Stack brush at the curb with the cut end toward the street, but not protruding into the street. Brush must be no larger than 5 inches in diameter and 5 feet long. Normal yard debris, branches and trimmings only. No garden or flowerbed debris. There is a maximum loading time of 5 minutes per address.
Brush should not be at the curb any sooner than May 15.
