Russell Township Trustees hired two new employees Wednesday, rounding out the township’s zoning and police departments. Following their regular meeting, trustees met in executive session to discuss the hiring of a part-time police officer and full-time zoning secretary, as well as the possible dismissal of a public employee. No action was taken on a dismissal. Trustees unanimously voted to hire part-time police officer Daniel Fracci at a rate of $18.29 per hour and full-time zoning secretary Jennell Dahlhausen, who will be paid $42,149 annually.
