Pilgrim Christian Church Steeple Anniversary —
The first anniversary of the Pilgrim Christian Church Steeple replacement and Carillon installation is upon us.
Speaking for the congregation, we are hoping that all Chardon Square visitors, as well as the residents, have been blessed by the steeple’s presence as well as the sound of the Westminster chimes and the hymns.
I would also speak for those of us who live outside of town; we certainly are blessed every night to be able to see the lit steeple of the “church on the hill”.
As minor finishing touches are finally completed and on behalf of the Pilgrim Capital Improvement Committee, I, the committee chair, would like to express my sincere appreciation once more for the response from the Pilgrim Christian congregation and the Chardon community alike for responding to the challenge of restoring this local landmark.

It is with deep gratitude that I thank the Chardon Walmart and staff for all the help provided to Caroline’s Kids Cat Sanctuary at our Stuff the Truck event Oct. 15-16 at the store.
In particular, a big thank you goes to the awesome Chardon Walmart customers who donated all of the requested items and gave so generously in money as well.
So many of you stopped to visit in the midst of your busy day.
Each of you has made a difference for the cats in our care with your generosity.
You have helped us to provide the high level of care that Caroline’s Kids is known for.
You are all our heroes!
