The junior Newbury baseball player is a member of this year’s Leadership Geauga Youth Class, and is as polite and respectful as you will find in a teenager.
LISTENING: I don’t listen to a lot of music, but when I do, I prefer listening to classic rock. I am a fan of music from the 70’s such as The Beatles, Led Zepplin and the Eagles.
WATCHING: My favorite TV show to watch is “Survivor.” A new season just started, and I like how each season is different from the last one. I like to watch action movies such as “Transformers” and “The Avengers.”
SUPERPOWER: If I could have a superpower, I would like to be able to teleport. This is especially important because a person spends on average 38,000 hours in a vehicle. That is a long time!
BEDTIME: During the school week, I try to get into bed between 9:30 and 10:00. I like to get plenty of sleep so that I am energetic and ready to go the next day. A solid 8 hours is what I prefer. On the weekends I stay up until 11:00 to 11:30.
COLLECTED: When I was young, my brother and I were big fans of Pokémon, so we loved to collect Pokémon cards. As I grew up, most of my time is spent on school work and sports. I enjoy spending time outside.
STYLE: I would describe myself as quiet and hard working. I am very competitive, so I do my best to make sure everything I do is done to the best of my ability.
GRADUATION: After graduating from high school, I will be going to college to be studying mechanical and/or aerospace engineering. I am unsure of which college at the moment.
READING: Like movies, when I have time, I prefer reading books with plenty of action. My favorite genre is the World Wars and similar events.
TRAVEL: If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would love to visit more of the National Parks in the U.S. I have already gone to several such as the Grand Canyon and the Smokey Mountains. The National Parks show all the great variations of nature in our country, from Alaska to Florida.
