Depending on the weather, Engineering Endeavors Inc. owner Pat Deloney said he hopes to consolidate his operation into one enormous building come spring. The company, which builds big steel structures for the wireless industry and electric utilities, utilizes three locations in Geauga County. Deloney is looking forward to getting everything under the 57,000-square-foot structure being built on state Route 87 in Burton Township as soon has possible. Currently, the business is headquartered in the Frohring Building in Newbury Township, which Deloney leased when EEI set up shop in 2009. But the building hasn’t been large enough for a long time...
