It’s Pancake Time

American Legion Post 459

Atwood-Mauck American Legion Post 459 is serving an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfasts March 23 and 30, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at 14052 Goodwin St. in Burton. Price is $8 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under.

There will also be a craft show in the Berkshire High School gym on the same dates from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Bainbridge Clubs Breakfasts

The Bainbridge Civic and Bainbridge Women’s clubs will hold their annual all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts for the public at Kenston High School in Bainbridge Township on March 23 and 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will be seated and waited on by members of the clubs.

The menu features blueberry, buttermilk and buckwheat pancakes, french toast, sausage, Geauga County maple syrup, juice, milk and coffee. The cost is $7.50 for adults, $6 for seniors and $4 for children 5-12. Children 4 and under are free.

Tours of Kenston High School will again be provided. Please bring can goods to help supplement the Bainbridge Food for Friends pantry shelves in time for Easter.

Proceeds will benefit local charities, organizations and scholarship funds.

BMR Pancake Breakfasts

Burton-Middlefield Rotary is flipping pancakes March 23 and 30. For the 62nd year, the Rotary will serve pancake breakfasts, with real Geauga County maple syrup, at Berkshire High School from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children 4-10. Omelets are an additional $3.

Proceeds go back to the Rotary’s community and international projects.

Chardon VFW 6519

Chardon VFW 6519 is hosting an all-you-can-eat plain, blueberry and apple pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon March 23. Breakfasts will continue every Sunday through April 20 and are open to the public.

The VFW is located at 752 Water St. across from Sage’s Apples. For information, call 440-285-3699.

Hambden Grange

Hambden Grange 2482 is serving an AYCE pancake breakfast with maple syrup, corn fritters, fruit, sausage, juice, cocoa and coffee on April 6, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Grange is located at 9778 Old State Road, Chardon.

The cost is $7 for Adults and $3 for Children 10 and under.

Parkman Chamber Breakfasts

Parkman Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its 45th annual all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast March 23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Parkman Community House on State Route 422. Guests will be seated and served.

The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12 and free for children 5 and under.

WG Kiwanis Pancakes

The West Geauga Kiwanis is holding its annual pancake breakfast March 23 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of the West Geauga High School, 13401 Chillicothe Road in Chester Township.

The menu features all-you-can-eat blueberry, buttermilk and buckwheat pancakes, french toast, pure maple syrup, sausage, coffee, milk and juice.

Cost is $7 for adults, $3.50 for children 6 to 11 and free for children 5 and under. Early bird specials are from 8-9 a.m.

All proceeds are donated back to the West Geauga community.

Volunteers are always needed in the kitchen and dining room. To volunteer, call Kit McKinney at 216-543-4442.

The West Geauga Kiwanis Cub meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Baptist church in Chillicothe Road. Anyone interested in membership may call Ken Mantey at 440-729-2869.
