Who says you can’t go home again?
Fifteen graduates from Chardon High School’s Class of 1952 will be back in Chardon on Friday, June 16 at 9 a.m. to celebrate the 65th anniversary of their commencement from CHS.
The classmates are meeting on stage at Park Elementary on Chardon Square, where they originally received their diplomas. They were members of the last class to graduate from the high school then located on the square. The building was torn down in 1984, but the separate auditorium is still in use.
CHS Principal Doug Murray will present anniversary diplomas before a group photo is taken.
