A Chardon man has been charged with rape, abduction, assault and trespessing in connection with two incidents in Mentor on Aug. 19, according to Mentor Municipal Court records.
Chad A. Horvath, 25, of 438 North Street, is out of jail after posting his 10 percent of $135,000 cash or surety bond on the felony charges. He is schedule for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 28 in Mentor Municipal Court.
