Berkshire senior Chelsea Reed worried her senior softball season would be lost when she decided to home-school her senior year.
But a new law passed made it possible for Reed to play varsity sports even though she’s not in the high school hallways with her teammates. “It’s really exciting,” said Reed, who says softball is her favorite sport.
LISTENING: I am usually listening to Pandora; Ed Sheeran radio, Sugarland radio and Train radio are just a few. Yes, I am always downloading new music to sync to my phone! Whenever I hear a song I like I download it instantly.
WATCHING: My favorite TV show would have to be “Are You The One?” I liked this show because it was interesting to see how everyone interacted and got to know each other to find their perfect match. I’ve recently watched “Frozen” and I absolutely loved it!
SUPEROWER: If I could have any superpower it would be to fly, because I could travel the world and sightsee and have a feeling of being free.
BEDTIME: During the weekdays I usually end up falling asleep around 11 or midnight. And during the weekends I just stay up until whenever. I’m usually up pretty late.
COLLECTED: When I was little I collected rocks with my grandpa. A hobby would be arts and crafts, I like to tie dye, as well as baking. Cheesecake and cupcakes are my favorites.
STYLE: My personal style would be girly, yet simple with my own little twist.
GRADUATION: My plans after high school is to go to college locally for the first couple of years and study to become an event planner.
READING: I enjoy reading books for fun, I’ve recently read “The Fault in Our Stars” and “Looking for Alaska” by John Green.
TRAVEL: I would love to travel to Greece and visit the islands because it is a very beautiful place. I have been to Tennessee, Maine, Colorado, Vermont, New Hampshire and Utah, if you would say those are cool places.
