The discussion of whether to place two renewal levies on the May 8 election ballot more than a year early turned heated at the Feb. 5 Newbury Schools Board of Education meeting — with one member telling a newly elected majority they have no trust on the board. An elementary school secretary was excused from the meeting for interrupting the discussion.
