CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 pound frozen spinach, thawed (squeeze water out to drain well)
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine chicken, bacon, spinach, garlic, ranch dressing and half of the shredded cheeses in a large bowl. Stir well. Transfer to a 9×13-inch oven safe casserole.
- Top with remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let rest about 8 minutes before serving.
