Recorder’s Office Closed Sept. 11

The Geauga County Recorder’s Office will be closed Sept. 11, 2018,in order to install a new software system and to train staff. There will be training classes for the public on Sept. 20 and 21. Residents interested in attending a class should call the recorder’s office at 440-279-2020. On Oct. 1, 2018, Geauga County Recorder Sharon Gingerich’s office also will be initiating a new Property Fraud Alert Program that comes with the new provider.
