The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Notice is hereby given that the Munson Township Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on a motion which is an amendment, identified as number 2014-01 to the Munson Township Zoning Resolution at the Munson Town Hall, 12210 Auburn Road at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2014.
The motion proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at the Munson Town Hall, 12210 Auburn Road from 9:00 o’clock a.m. to 3:00 o’clock p.m. from November 20, 2014 through December 15, 2014.
After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the board of township trustees for its action.

Geauga County
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Geauga County Board of Commissioners, 470 Center Street, Bldg. #4, Chardon, Ohio, 44024, or by mail at the same address until 1:45 p.m., local time on December 17, 2014, and will be promptly opened at 2:00 p.m. for the Elderly Nutrition Program Preparation and Delivery of Catered Meals, according to federal guidelines, for the Geauga County Department on Aging.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, cashier’s check or money order on a solvent bank or savings and loan association, payable to the Geauga County Board of Commissioners, in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the bid and shall be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract awarded to the Bidder, the contract will be duly executed in conformity with the invitation and the bid.
Envelopes containing the bid and other required documents should be sealed and clearly marked “Elderly Nutrition Program Bid for the Preparation and Delivery of Catered Meals for the Geauga County Department on Aging.”, Attention: Clerk, Geauga County Board of County Commissioners, 470 Center St., Building #4, Chardon, OH 44024.
The successful bidder is required to enter into a contract assuring the faithful performance of all things to be done and furnish a performance bond in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price for the complete work, said bond to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio meeting the requirements of O.R.C. Section 153.519.
Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Geauga Department on Aging, 12555 Ravenwood Dr., Chardon, OH 44024, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
There will be a mandatory bidders meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Geauga Department on Aging, 12555 Ravenwood Dr., Chardon, Ohio 44024. Each bidder must submit at the meeting two (2) food samples along with one (1) sample of your food packaging that is representative of what consumers will receive.
The Geauga County Board of Commissioners and Geauga County Department on Aging reserve the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof and to waive any formalities and/or irregularities in the bids.

Request for Proposals
Senior Center Lease
Geauga County Board of Commissioners
The Geauga County Board of Commissioners desires to lease space for use as the West Geauga Senior Center and invites interested parties to submit proposals.
The minimum lease term shall be for a period of twenty four months, and the following criteria will be considered prior to leasing the property:
-Desired size: 6,000-12,000 square feet
-open floor space to accommodate 75-100 people for exercise programs and social events
-at least 2 offices to secure client records
-handicap and handicap van accessible
-commercial kitchen facilities
-ample parking
-desired location: West Geauga School System, Chester Twp.
Proposals must address the above criteria and are due in written form by 3:15p.m. on December 10, 2014 at the Offices of the Geauga County Board of Commissioners, 470 Center St, Bldg. 4, Chardon, Ohio 44024. Proposals will be opened on December 10, 2014 at 3:30 p.m.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in response to this request as determined to be in the best interest of the County.
After initial review of the submittals, the County may invite some applicants for an interview and/or schedule a tour of the proposed lease facilities. It is expressly understood that the County shall incur no costs as a result of this interview and/or tour, nor bear any obligation in further consideration of the submittal.
The County will conduct contract negotiations with the applicant who is selected as most beneficial to the County. The goal of the negotiations is to obtain the best and lowest price reasonably possible considering the fair market value of the property and any relocation and operational costs that may be incurred during the period the lease is in effect. The terms and conditions of this Request will be incorporated into the Contract.
Proposals will be reviewed by the Geauga county Board of Commissioners and the Geauga County Department on Aging.
