Notice of Public Viewing and Hearing
Dedication of an Existing Undedicated Extension of Stillwater Drive, TR-152
Notice is hereby given that the Geauga County Board of Commissioners will hold an on-site public viewing of the proposed dedication of an existing undedicated extension of Stillwater Drive (TR-152) on December 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Russell Township, Geauga County, Ohio.
The existing, undedicated extension of Stillwater Drive, TR 152, is approximately 270 feet in length beyond the existing tee type cul-de-sac terminus of Stillwater Drive (TR-152), said tee type cul-de-sac terminus being located approximately 1,214 feet along the existing centerline from the intersection of Kinsman Road (SR 87).
A public hearing for the proposed dedication will be held on December 30, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers at 470 Center Street, Bldg. 4, Chardon, OH 44024, at which time the Board will hear comments and questions from any interested persons concerning the proposed dedication of said rights-of-way.

Totarella, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 17, 2014, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Solely As Trustee For HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-14, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 14-F-000757 in the Court of Common Pleas Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs At Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors And Administrators Of Albert P. Totarella, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 12620 Chesterfield Lane, Chesterland, OH 44026-2671, PPN #11-388894. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given  to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Chardon, duly passed and/or adopted the following legislation:

ORDINANCE NO. 2855
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §941.16 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES REVISING CEMETERY CHARGES.
An ordinance amending §941.16 C.O. to reduce the charge for burial (opening and/or closing a grave) of the cremated remains of resident infants (6 months old and under) on Saturday from $175.00 to $125.00.

ORDINANCE NO. 2856
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT/AGREEMENT WITH GEAUGA COUNTY MAPLE FESTIVAL, INC. FOR THE 2015 MAPLE FESTIVAL AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
