Jazbec and The Unknown Spouse, Creditors, Executors, Executrices, Administrators, Heirs at Law, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees and/or Assigns, and their Spouses, Creditors, Executors, Executrices, Administrators, Heirs at Law, Next of Kin, Legatees, Devisees and/or Assigns, if any, of Actual Name Unknown, Present Spouse, if any, of James M. Jazbec, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in Case No. 14-F-000891 in the Court of Common Pleas Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, by filing its Complaint on the 3rd day of November, 2014.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under one (1) mortgage against the following described real estate:
Situated in the Township of Huntsburg, County of Geauga, and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Lot No. 56 in said township and bounded as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of land in said lot belonging to Harry E. Johnson and Helen R. Johnson, in the center of the highway; Thence Westerly along the said Harry E. Johnson’s South line about 858 feet to said Johnson’s Northwest corner; Thence Southerly a distance of 110 feet to a stake; Thence Easterly along a line parallel with said Johnson’s North line about 858 feet to the center of the highway; Thence Northerly along the center of said highway a distance of 110 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

And for in rem relief upon one note executed to Plaintiff by James M. Jazbec.
The relief demanded is in rem relief against the subject real estate in the amount of $40,347.58 with interest thereon at the rate of 5.00% per annum from December 1, 2013 until paid, plus late fees; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgages may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff’s Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff’s claims; further that Defendants be required to answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 15th day of January, 2015.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

Resolution 15-03
A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Enter into an Agreement with Software Solutions, Inc., to Provide Software Upgrades to the Village Computer Accounting Programs.

Ordinance 14-143
An Ordinance Authorizing the Village Administrator to Terminate the Contract with Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. and enter into a Contract with Victoria Nagy & Associates L.P.A. to provide delinquent tax collection litigation and collection support.
