LISTENING: I downloaded the J. Cole album last week and I have been listening to the new Katy Perry album.
WATCHING: My favorite type of movies are basketball movies. Hoosiers, Air Up There, White Men Can’t Jump, Coach Carter, He Got Game, and Glory Road are easy for me to watch.
SUPERPOWER: I would love to read minds. I think it would be awesome if I could read what an opponent would do before they did it.
BEDTIME: My average bedtime is about 11:30. It’s about 10:15 on game nights; weekends is about 12ish
COLLECTING: I used to collect a ton of cards from baseball, basketball, and football. My favorites are an A-rod rookie card, a signed Victor Martinez card and a card of Scott Brooks when he was in the NBA with the Rockets. As for collecting, I sold all my cards and now I just collect shoes!
READING: I read a lot on ESPN. I do read the Maple Leaf along with the other local newspapers, mostly the sports section to see how friends of mine are doing in their seasons. As for books, the latest I’ve started to read is “Don’t Put Me In Coach,” by Mark Titus.
GRADUATION: After high school, I want to continue playing basketball. I have three colleges I’m considering and I want to study athletic training or teaching. After college, I really want to coach basketball.
TRAVEL: What I really want to do is be able to go to Brazil for the World Cup. Some of the coolest places I’ve went are Disney World when I was 13 and I was able to go to Australia when I was 11 on a “People to People” trip which was a school-like trip to learn about other cultures and spread goodwill.
