Geauga County Engineer Joe Cattell recently announced the start/continuance of construction on the following roads in Geauga County:
- South Street, Carrington Place, Darby Run and Moss Point in Bainbridge Township: Asphalt resurfacing is scheduled to begin on/about Aug. 22. Traffic will be maintained.
- Kile Road in Claridon and Huntsburg Townships: Asphalt resurfacing from U.S. 322 to Chardon Windsor Road. Work is scheduled to begin on/about Aug. 20. Traffic will be maintained.
- Leggett Road in Montville Township: Asphalt resurfacing from state Route 86 to state Route 528. Work is scheduled to begin on/about Aug. 13. Traffic will be maintained.
- Walnut Trace, Westridge Circle, Eastridge Circle and Stephens Way in Munson Township: Asphalt resurfacing is scheduled to begin on/about Aug. 18. Traffic will be maintained.
- Cutts Road in Hambden Township: Reconstruction between U.S. 6 and Woodin Road. Road will be closed to through traffic. Detour route is posted.
- Hawksmoor Way in Bainbridge Township: Culvert extension and embankment stabilization. Traffic will be maintained.
- Georgia Road in Burton and Middlefield Townships: Asphalt resurfacing from state Route 168 to state Route 608. Traffic will be maintained.
- Laser Drive in Chester Township: Reconstruction by cement stabilization including asphalt resurfacing. Road is closed.
