Red Rover. Red Rover. Come on over — and read. It’s not a game, but rather, a unique opportunity for local students to read with the help of therapy dogs. The Reading to Rover Program kicked off 2014 at the Geauga West Library in Chester Township Saturday morning. Students sign up for times to read books at the library while in the company of various canines.
